Human Resource Services: Recruitment, employee management, and HR consulting.
Employment Services: Staffing, job placement, and workforce solutions for various industries.
Each service engagement is governed by a separate proposal, service agreement, or contract.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely, accurate, and complete information necessary for the delivery of services.
Clients must review and approve deliverables as per project timelines.

3. Payments and Fees

Service fees are based on the scope defined in individual agreements.
Invoices must be paid within the timeline specified (usually within 7 to 30 days).
Late payments may result in service suspension, late fee charges, or termination of the agreement.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.
This clause remains valid even after the termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created by We Connect Solution during software development projects remains the property of the client upon full payment.
Pre-existing tools or frameworks used by We Connect Solution remain the intellectual property of the company.

6. Limitation of Liability

We Connect Solution will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability under any contract will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to that date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
